For threaded couplings, it is important to notice that ONLY parallel threads can tafted with PTFE liner, it is absolutely not possible with conical threads.
Tafted assembly offers the advantage of fully protecting the metal parts of the hose against corrosion when it allows as well a protection of the fluids inside hoses against any contamination from metal parts around.
This construction allows as well a better cleaning of the hoses with all types of methods (CIP, Autoclaves…). We have the technology to adapt a large number of braids or coulings on our PTFE hoses, convoluted or smooth, virgin or antistatic.
